Soul work is remembering who we truly are.
It is the process of becoming Real.
For individuals, leaders, and families.
Depth psychology works with what cannot yet be seen — the unconscious patterns, dreams, and images that shape everything before we are aware of them. Precise, rigorous, and profoundly human.
It works in the gap between what we feel and think, and what we do and act out — not to close it by force, but to understand it deeply enough that something more integrated becomes possible.
The work takes four forms. Each is distinct. All are rooted in the same intelligence.
All paths are bespoke, conducted in person and remotely with clients globally.
One-on-one depth and soul work — a living encounter with the forces that shape who you are and how you move through the world. It draws on dreams, imagination, symbol, and image as primary languages of the psyche; not as metaphor, but as direct access to what the unconscious is carrying on your behalf.
Dreamwork is at the centre of this practice. Dreams are not decoration. They are the psyche speaking in its native tongue — precise, purposeful, and often more honest than anything the waking mind produces. Working with them opens what analysis alone cannot reach.
One of the primary methods is active imagination — entering into direct dialogue with the images, figures, and forces that arise from within. Not thinking about the psyche, but meeting it. This includes the visionary — the dreams, images, and non-ordinary experiences the psyche offers when something significant is asking to be known. These are not anomalies to be explained away. They are the soul speaking in its fullest voice.
Jung named this process individuation — the lifelong movement toward becoming more fully and authentically oneself. Not perfection. Not arrival. The ongoing, sometimes difficult, always meaningful journey toward wholeness. What you might call becoming Real.
Soul work is not handed to us on a silver platter. It is earned.
One-on-one · In person or remotely · Minimum three-month commitment
One-to-one depth work with a senior executive, founder, or board member. We examine what is operating beneath your leadership — the inherited assumptions, unconscious dynamics, and organizing forces that shape your decisions before you make them.
Every leader carries a relationship to power that was formed long before their current role. How they hold that power, how they respond to challenge, what they need from those around them — these shape the culture of an organization more completely than any strategy or structure.
The work pays particular attention to what happens in the room where decisions are made — not the formal structures of authority, but the living dynamics of how influence moves, how space is held or closed, and what becomes possible or impossible in the presence of a particular leader.
Those who engage at this level do not simply perform better. They understand, for the first time, why they have functioned as they have.
In person for the first two sessions. Ongoing work conducted in person or remotely. Minimum three-month commitment.
Families carry more than assets across generations. They carry identity, unspoken expectations, and the accumulated weight of what has never quite been said — including what the wealth is for, who holds authority, and what the next generation is actually inheriting.
Succession is not primarily a legal or governance event. It is a psychological one — shaped by what the founding generation cannot yet relinquish, what the rising generation has not yet been given permission to become, and by everything that moves between them without being named.
Through depth conversation, mediation, and structured facilitation, what is actually present in a family system becomes visible. Not to resolve it prematurely — but to understand it deeply enough that something genuinely aligned becomes possible.
In person for the first two sessions. Ongoing work conducted in person or remotely.
One-to-one or board-level depth work. We examine what is operating beneath the surface of an organization — the silent agreements, the cultural shadow, the distance between what the organization says it values and what is actually there.
What emerges is a quality of clarity that strategy documents cannot produce: not a framework to implement, but a genuine understanding of what needs to be made conscious.
In person for the initial diagnostic work. Ongoing sessions conducted in person or remotely.
Before any work begins, we meet. No agenda, no structured intake — simply an attentive presence to what is there. What needs to be understood usually makes itself known in that first hour. From it, if the work is right, its form becomes clear.
The active work of going deeper. What has been unseen begins to surface — through conversation, through dreams, through the images and symbols the psyche offers when it is ready to be heard.
This is not always comfortable. It requires a genuine willingness to encounter what has been avoided. And it is where the most significant work happens.
What surfaces must become useful. Not as prescription or strategy, but as a new quality of understanding — from which different choices, different relationships, and different ways of moving through the world naturally become possible.
This is where the work becomes lived rather than understood.
What has been present all along is finally brought into consciousness.
This is what the work is for.
Aranka Israni, PhD works at a unique intersection. She is a depth psychologist and a visual artist. These are not separate identities that coexist. They are a single perceptual intelligence operating at two registers simultaneously. Trained first as a visual artist — in image, composition, and the intelligence of the eye — she came to depth psychology not as a departure from that practice but as its natural continuation. The doctoral research that followed was an investigation into the relationship between language, meaning, and the deepest organizing forces of the psyche; not language as communication, but language as revelation.
She works with individuals, leaders, and families at the deepest level of their interior lives.
What this produces, in practice, is a quality of attention that most frameworks cannot replicate — one that moves between the seen and the unseen, the spoken and the unspoken, the structure of an organization and the forces that actually animate it.
